Together we’ll explore ways to make your property more attractive to the target market. Minor repairs or refreshment can make a big difference to the ultimate sale price.
Find the best agent for the job
If you don’t already have a preferred sales agent, we will help you find, evaluate and select the best and most suitable one to represent your property.
Market the property and attract buyers
We will liaise with the selling agent on your behalf to answer buyers’ questions and address their concerns confidently and without delay.
Develop interested buyers and offers
We engage interested buyers to help them arrive quickly at an acceptable offer for you. As an objective party, we cut through the usual noise, emotions and mind games to reach the best outcome without wasting time.
Negotiate the sale
Finally, we’ll discuss all offers and help you make the best possible decision. In the event of an auction, we will be present on the day with you.
